The Women I Coach

Why I Coach This Way
I didn’t grow up obsessed with fitness.
I didn’t always feel confident.
And I didn’t find my way through restriction—I found it through strength.
Like many women, I learned early to associate worth with appearance. When life became overwhelming, food and control became coping mechanisms. Calorie counting, fasting, punishment cardio, and constant body monitoring became normal. The scale moved—but confidence didn’t.
The breaking point wasn’t weight gain.
It was realizing that chasing smaller numbers was costing me my mental health, relationships, and sense of self.
Strength training changed everything—not because it “burned calories,” but because it taught me capability, patience, and trust. Showing up consistently rebuilt confidence. Learning how the body actually works replaced fear with understanding.
That process is what I now coach.

I don’t coach from perfection. I coach from lived experience, education, and accountability.
I am a mom and business owner, coaching women who live full, demanding lives
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in human movement and pre-med science
I continue advanced education to meet women where they are—physically and mentally
I do not sell restriction, detoxes, or short-term transformations
I believe physical strength builds mental strength.
And sustainable habits beat intensity every time.
