How Coaching Works
  1. Apply: Submit an application so I can learn about your goals, schedule, and history.
  2. Discovery Call: We connect to ensure coaching is the right fit.
  3. Enrollment & Onboarding: If we move forward, payment is processed through Stripe, a coaching agreement and waiver are signed, and an onboarding session will be scheduled. During onboarding, we review injuries, mobility, daily aches, assess nutrition habits, and lifestyle demands. We set progress markers and build your training schedule together
  4. Coaching Begins: Your plan adapts as your life changes.

INVESTMENT AND COMMITMENT

1:1 Online Coaching (6-Month Commitment)
$400 per month or $1,800 paid in full (save $600)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
This commitment allows enough time to build habits, improve strength, and create lasting change.

  • Are open to tracking food intake
  • Can commit to consistency over perfection
  • Want education, not rules
  • Are ready to take ownership of their health

This is not a fit for those seeking rapid weight loss or short term progams.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Do I need gym access?
    • No. At minimum, you’ll need dumbbells (5–25 lb range) and a foam roller. As you progress, additional equipment or a gym membership may be recommended.
  2. Is the nutrition coaching restrictive?
    • No. All foods fit. The focus is understanding intake, balance, and sustainability.
  3. Do you work with beginners?
    • Yes. All programs are built to your experience level.
  4. Do you work with pre- and post-natal clients?
    • Yes. Plans are tailored to your current life stage.
  5. What results can I expect?
    • Clients often experience increased strength, improved confidence, reduced aches and pains, better self-efficacy, and a healthier relationship with food.
  6. What is the cancellation policy?
    • A 4-week notice is required. Early termination requires payment of the remaining commitment.
