Her clients come to her struggling with life balance, relationships and identity, and are looking for someone to help. Monique is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinical supervisor. Monique and her team support women with a compassionate, but honest lens, using interventions to challenge thinking, regulate emotions, & make the body safer from the inside out.

POSO Dog Rescue

A dog rescue doing more than dog rescue. POSO is here to lead the way of what rescue actually means and set the standard so others can follow. They are doing more than rescuing dogs. Each month, there are group training classes for the community. POSO offers free training for fosters and adoptive families. They are changing the pattern of surrendering by providing knowledge and education throughout the community. POSO is here to support dogs finding their forever homes through confidence in owners.

Skylar is an equestrian, a realtor, a private pilot, and an artist, but above all, she is passionate about sharing her experiences with others. She has been riding horses since before she could walk, and took to the skies before she even earned her college degree. She has also been obsessed with houses since elementary school.
